Satellites which detect and mitigate small space debris (with lasers). There are an estimated 140 million space debris objects which are potentially mission ending, but only 50k total space objects are tracked today. In the last 4 months: 1 Chinese crewed spacecraft was damaged, 2 Starlink satellites were compromised, and a $2.3bn “communications” satellite (contracted by NATO) destroyed by untracked debris.
