Powering Up: PNW Battery Collaborative × Eastside Entrepreneurs
Join us Thursday, November 5, for a special Eastside Entrepreneurs gathering with the PNW Battery Collaborative.
Eastside Entrepreneurs is about bringing interesting people together—founders, entrepreneurs, investors, technologists, executives, and people building the next generation of companies in the Pacific Northwest.
This month, we’re teaming up with the PNW Battery Collaborative, a volunteer-run nonprofit connecting battery entrepreneurs, scientists, researchers, investors, and policymakers across the region.
No long presentations. No sales pitches. No sitting through hours of panels.
Just interesting people, good conversations, food, wine, and a chance to meet people you probably wouldn’t otherwise meet.
And we’ll have a DJ playing Electronic Dance Music // Techno Pop, of course!
Space is limited.
Event Details

The wine has become part of the Eastside Entrepreneurs tradition. Bring something you enjoy and put it on the table for everyone to try.
We’ll provide food, additional beverages, and non-alcoholic options.
Why Batteries?
Battery technology is rapidly changing transportation, energy storage, data centers, robotics, drones, defense, and the electrical grid.
But Eastside Entrepreneurs isn’t a battery conference.
This is an opportunity to put battery experts in the same room with founders, engineers, investors, operators, and entrepreneurs from many different industries.
The best conversations often happen between people who weren’t expecting to meet each other.
That’s the point.
What to Expect
We’ll have a few brief introductions from people working in the battery ecosystem, followed by the format that has defined Eastside Entrepreneurs for years:
Meet people. Have conversations. Eat. Drink some wine. Make connections.
Come prepared to talk about what you’re building, what you’re looking for, what you’ve learned, and where you might be able to help someone else.
You might meet a customer.
You might meet an investor.
You might meet an engineer who can solve a problem you’ve been fighting for six months.
Or you might simply meet someone interesting.
All of those are good outcomes.
And throughout the evening, we’ll have a DJ playing Electronic Dance Music // Techno Pop to keep the energy up.
Schedule
4:00 PM — Doors open, food, wine, DJ, and networking
Around 5:00 PM — Brief welcome and introductions from Eastside Entrepreneurs and the PNW Battery Collaborative and maybe a few presentations.
5:30–7:00 PM — Conversations, connections, food, wine, music, and networking
There is no complicated agenda.
The people in the room are the agenda.
Who Should Attend
Founders, entrepreneurs, executives, engineers, researchers, investors, operators, and others interested in building companies and technology in the Pacific Northwest are welcome.
You do not need to work in the battery industry.
If you’re curious, building something, investing, helping companies grow, or simply want to meet interesting people doing interesting things, you’ll fit right in.
RSVP
Space is limited, and our Eastside Entrepreneurs events can range from an intimate group of 30 people to well over 100.
Please register in advance so we can plan food and refreshments.
Remember:
$20 + one bottle of wine to share.
Come for an hour or stay for all three.
The goal is simple: put good people in a room together and see what happens.
