Eastside Entrepreneurs Invited to Seattle Deep Tech Week Demo Day

Everyone,

One of the things we’ve been building with Eastside Entrepreneurs is a real community of founders, operators, investors, technologists, and builders across the Eastside.

Now we’ve been invited to bring that energy to the West Side.

On Monday, June 8th, founders participating in The Jason Cavness Experience: Deep Tech Demo Day as part of Seattle Deep Tech Week will be showcasing their companies in downtown Seattle - and I’d strongly encourage EE folks to attend.

This is not a traditional startup mixer.

This is deep tech:

  • 🤖 AI
  • 🦾 Robotics
  • 🌐 Spatial Computing
  • 🏢 Enterprise Platforms
  • 🚀 Frontier Technology
  • 🎯 Real demos from real builders

And importantly, it’s an opportunity for the Eastside entrepreneurial community to show up in force, connect with West Side innovators and investors, and continue positioning our region as a serious center for technology innovation.

🍷🍸 Eastside vs West Side

I guess this is where we discover the cultural divide between the Eastside and the West Side.

🍸 Seattle Deep Tech Week: Pasta and Cocktail bar
🍷 Eastside Entrepreneurs: Heavy Apps and Wineries pouring

Honestly… both seem like acceptable founder ecosystems.

One side has cocktails and downtown energy.
The other has wine, lavender fields, soccer in the park, and founders casually talking AI, robotics, and venture capital in Woodinville.

And honestly, that contrast is part of what makes the broader Seattle region special.

🚀 Why EE Folks Should Attend

This is a strong opportunity for Eastside Entrepreneurs members to:

  • 🤝 Support fellow founders
  • 💰 Meet investors
  • 🧠 Connect with deep tech builders
  • 🌉 Expand relationships beyond the Eastside ecosystem
  • 🏙️ Help establish stronger founder connectivity across the region

If you’re building something ambitious, you should probably be in the room.

Hope to see many of you there.
