Danielle Stepien is a seasoned technical executive with a strong background in the aerospace, defense, and tech industries. Currently serving as President at Igniter Engineering, she brings extensive experience in technical leadership, rocket engine propulsion, defense solutions, satellites, and manufacturing to her role. With a proven track record in guiding teams and driving strategic initiatives, Danielle's expertise lies in overseeing operations and shaping the strategic direction of technology-focused companies. Danielle is also currently serving on the External Advisory Board at Georgia Tech's Aerospace Systems Design Lab (ASDL), where she helps academia solve real-world engineering problems.
